I’m Gail – a writer from the far north of Scotland. I’m the author of two young adult fantasy novels, Castles of Steel and Thunder and Pieces of Sky and Stone. I write books and articles inspired by place, people, and connection to landscape. I’m currently working on a piece of non-fiction which combines memoir, nature writing, mythology and place-stories from the north.
